1. Agreement to terms

By placing an order or using any service provided by 3D Reverse (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide 3D printing, 3D scanning, and reverse engineering services. Exact scope, materials, tolerances, and timelines are confirmed in writing before work commences.

3. Quotations and pricing

All quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless noted. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if your submitted files differ materially from the described specification.

4. Intellectual property

You retain all intellectual property rights in designs and files you supply. By submitting files you confirm you have the right to do so. We will not reproduce or share your files without your consent.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. We do not guarantee that 3D printed parts are suitable for safety-critical applications without independent verification.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be handled by the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan, unless both parties agree to another lawful dispute-resolution process in writing.
